Prime Decals UK offers a variety of graphic design services, including logo design, branding, personalised names , dates We work closely with our clients to create custom, high-quality designs that meet their unique needs and goals.

We process personalised orders as quickly as possible. The process typically takes between 1 and 3 days, depending on the complexity of the personalisation and our current workload. Please note that during busy periods, such as Christmas, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Times

We ship your orders free 2nd class delivery Standard Shipping 

Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch. 

However, this cannot be guaranteed in case of delays.

We are not responsible for all delays

Items which have been personalised for you cannot be returned 

Other items can be returned at the buyers own cost within 30 days of receiving them. 

Please include your order number. 

Please reach out before returning 

A refund of the original cost minus postage will be issued once we receive your return in resalable condition.

Can I see a preview of my personalised gift before I order? 

Unfortunately we cannot offer this due to time limits to getting your orders out for you

However, if this is important to you, please contact us after placing your order. We can provide a visual proofs upon request. 

What Do I Do If There Is A Problem With My Order ?

 If you notice a mistake with your personalised order, please contact us as soon as possible. Your text is copied and pasted exactly as you supply it to us, so please make sure all spelling and grammar are correct before submitting your order. Unfortunately, we cannot fix any mistakes after printing.

If you find something wrong with your order, let us know at checkout or contact us immediately.
